Yesterday I cooked up rice and mixed vegetables enough for several serves. Today I decided to use the leftovers and make a pie.
I partially cooked some pastry so the pie wouldn’t have a soggy bottom ๐. I then added the leftovers from yesterday plus some diced fresh salmon and then decorated the top with remaining pastry. Baked at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.




Simply delicious. Enough for two large healthy serves .
