More Cooking at Ally’s Castle

Yesterday I cooked up rice and mixed vegetables enough for several serves. Today I decided to use the leftovers and make a pie.

I partially cooked some pastry so the pie wouldn’t have a soggy bottom ๐Ÿ˜€. I then added the leftovers from yesterday plus some diced fresh salmon and then decorated the top with remaining pastry. Baked at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
