I was hoping to purchase Oak Cube Storage Units. Unfortunately they are out of stock. I definitely didn’t want black or white.
After what seemed like hours browsing the internet I finally found a unit that would suit my small abode with natural brick walls. It’s a budget piece of furniture that suits me well.
The flat pack delivery arrived yesterday. I managed to find an expert flat pack man to assemble the unit same day.
I recently had received a monetary gift from my lovely son, daughter-in-law and grandson , that’s what I used to buy the oak unit.
I am feeling truly blessed, thankful and happy 😀👍.
You have decorated it very nicely, its looking fantastic 👍🏻👍🏻

I need about twenty for all my ‘stuff’ but I wouldn’t have room for them….

I hear what you are saying . I have loads of craft and art gear hidden in a store room. Every time I need something I have to move numerous big plastic storage tubs to find it.

I wish I had a store room xxx

It’s not really a store room. Its a tiny space where the hot water tank is stored, and to put a broom and the vacuum cleaner.

I’d love some built in storage. I have a space like that but it’s damp because we had a leak…

I live in a 28 unit complex, has car parking but no garages which also means no extra storage.
Dampness can be a real problem.

Yes, we live in a terraced house, no garage, but a couple of sheds…

Whoever designs these places must think we have no possessions and just sit and watch TV all day x

In our case the house was built in the early twentieth century and I don’t think people had much. It was a two up two down, but had a kitchen bathroom extension built at some stage.

I should say it’s a 170cm by 115cm. You can stand up in it but couldn’t swing a cat as the saying goes.

The unit looks great! I understand the need to be creative with storage as my wife and I have learned to be creative as well.
