Omelette
2 lightly beaten Eggs, red onion, cheese, bacon, parsley, pepper and salt. All ingredients put into my eco quick pot, close the lid and the magic happens 🙂

I bet you did not set the smoke alarm off like I did with my omelette – but I was using a prehistoric frying pan!

I can relate to that. In my little nest the smoke alarms are very sensitive which is a good thing. Frying anything like steak and bacon in a pan it sets the alarm off.
