I made pizza for one at home tonight..easy as.
Partly cook cauliflower rice, cool then squeeze out moisture. Add tasty cheese and egg to bind together. Place on pizza tray.
Top with your favourites. I used spinach, cheese, tomato, salami and some crumbled feta.
Prepared ready to cook. 14 Minutes in a moderately hot oven, about 190 degrees.
All cooked ready to eat….delicious.
