Healthy Pizza at Ally’s Castle

It’s Sunday lunchtime, and you’re yearning for pizza. You’re not going out anywhere and definitely will not order in.

I came up with the solution today. This is what I did….

Place a sheet of pastry onto a lined baking tray. Spread with pesto and then add thinly sliced red onion , diced Cherry tomatoes, cooked left over sweet potato, blanched asparagus and grated cheese. Bake in oven 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes or until the pastry is cooked to your liking.

Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Looks cooked to me

The pastry is nice and crunchy. Tasted delicious, and enough leftover for tomorrow πŸ˜‹.
