SOUP/SMOOTHIE WIZARD

The cooler weather has arrived here in Australia, time for making soup.

I am trying to be healthy without putting on weight.

My Wizard arrived this morning, of course I had to use it right away. I gathered up vegetables from my fridge that needed using

Carrot, kumera,leek, celery, peas, spinach and chicken stock. You have the choice of making the soup chuncky or smooth, I decided to choose the Soup Smooth Cycle.

Within 30 minutes I was enjoying a mug of delicious yummy soup.
