No I haven’t been to IKEA π
Several years ago I bought a flat pack Christmas Tree. It’s been packed and unpacked several times. I finally got the motivation to do something with it.
Getting it’s first paint
All painted but needs a some decorations
Still needs more enhancement
Now I think it’s ready for the shelf, a tad rustic and that’s how I like it.
It kinda looks like Christmas at my place ππ.
I need one! Safe for cats x

I thought it was made of cardboard. This is even better, Ally. I read your posts back-to-front.

Thanks Roberta for reading my posts, much appreciated. Yes it’s made with plywood. I think heavy duty card stock would also work . π²π

I love this idea. I wonder if it would work with gingerbread? I may have to try and see.

Gingerbread tree sounds yummy, and you could glue it together with royal icing. I would keep nibbling at it.

Yes, that would be the unintended side effect, Ally.

I like the tinsel & baubles by the TV! A flat pack tree is a pretty funky idea when you get to decorate it yourself. I like the white paint snow, really makes it that bit more Christmassssssy. xx
