There’s no biscuits, cakes, chips or any type of junk food at my place. There’s a a few sticks of celery…. I am bored with them and I have eaten all tbe carrots.
With one cup of flour, 2 tsp of baking powder, pinch of salt, tbsp of melted nuttelex and some almond milk I made a scone dough. Rolled it out, put slices of Apple on it to make it healthy then sprinkled it with brown sugar and cinnamon. Rolled it up, cut into bite size scones. Baked at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cinnamon Pinwheels with slices of Apple. They might not look too elegant but do taste yummy. 😋
