I made pizza for one at home tonight..easy as.
Cauliflower base:
Partly cook cauliflower rice, cool then squeeze out moisture. Add tasty cheese and egg to bind together. Place on pizza tray.
Topping:
Top with your favourites. I used spinach, cheese, tomato, salami and some crumbled feta.
Prepared ready to cook. 14 Minutes in a moderately hot oven, about 190 degrees.
All cooked ready to eat….delicious.

It truly was appetizing. Because I can’t grow my own cauliflowers I watch out for them when they are on special as they can be quite pricey.
